Hand cast jesmonite pots with a marbled finish make a practical way to store small day to day essentials. The soothing neutral colours of these pots lend themselves well to storage for a well organised desk or shelf. Plants look gorgeous against the soft colours and natural textures. These post would look great in a bathroom too, and make a great home for those little bits that we accumulate.
These beautiful organic looking pots are individually crafted from jesmonite, a water based composite material used in fine arts, crafts, and construction. The variety of colour and texture created during the process ensures each piece is a one off. Pigments are included to both add colour and create a stunning subtle texture. The movement of this pigment as the pot is cast creates the beautiful shades and lines, and ensures that every pot is a one off.
After setting the pots are polished and sealed to create a water resistant finish ideal for holding plant pots. Finally silicone feet are added to protect furniture. Our posts are designed, made and finished by Bobbie in our Yorkshire studio.
The first three images show different angles of the pot. Images with plants are for illustration only and plants are not included. The water resistant finish on these pots mean that no saucer is needed under plant pots to protect from leaks.
Jesmonite pots are packed into cardboard boxes and padded with bubble wrap before posting to ensure their safe arrival.
Care for your pot by wiping with a soft damp cloth. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals and abrasives.
